Your marketing technique of appointment only is the way to go, attracting genuine buyers from your data base. After listing, eight people arrived the next day. Sunday it was sold - that was 24 hours later. It sold for full price at a figure I had only dreamt about and which no other agent thought it was worth.

I had been advised to go to auction by one local real estate but I believe that the process is too stressful, with neighbours and the public going through my home for a rushed short period. It's a flawed process and I know that the result I just received could not have been better.
