The power of the database, which encompasses a weekly newsletter, has eliminated the high cost of advertising which is normally paid by a home seller.

Harris Partners also offers home sellers a Protection Guarantee, releasing them from any obligation to pay commission if Harris Partners' quoted price is not achieved.
