What do we mean by "special people"?

Well, it's simple. You'll have enormous energy, rock-solid integrity, high intelligence, sound judgement, a love of learning and an ambition to be the very best in your profession. These will be your core values. If you possess them and are willing to consider our agency, we'll pay you to learn our methods and then, if we're both still happy, you'll start on a base salary of $75,000 a year.

If you succeed, your total income (salary plus bonuses) should be at least $250,000 per year.

Property Manager

We are looking for a property manager to help run our rapidly growing portfolio.

The successful applicant will need to have a current certificate of registration, 1-2 years property management experience, hold a current drivers licence, be organised, dedicated & self motivated and posses excellent communication and written skills.

Responsibilities include:
* Day-to-day management of properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants & tradespersons
* Handling of all rental enquiry
* Managing repairs & maintenance
* Periodic inspections
* Conducting Open For Inspections
* Report to Senior Property Manager

Must have a sound, up to date & detailed knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act.

Experience in Rest Professional would be an advantage.

You will also need to be well presented and have a high level of customer service.

Salary package of $50,000 plus super.
