Andy joined the team at Harris Partners following a career in the property investment mortgage broking industry. “I was impressed with the culture of the team at Harris Partners. Originating from Sydney’s northern suburbs, Andy moved to the NSW Central Coast in the late 1980’s where he raised his teenage daughter. Andy now resides in the Inner West and enjoys the culture and diversity of the area. Growing up a keen swimmer and boating enthusiast, Andy still enjoys any excuse to get out on the water and can often be seen paddling a surf ski on the harbour.
He believes in continual education, and to this end is currently studying a business degree with a marketing major, in addition to ongoing development of negotiation skills. “I see this as a real benefit for my clients. Effective marketing techniques to find the right buyers, and negotiation skills to achieve the highest possible prices, are the essence of what we do as agents” he says.
