One of David's most successful sales was 9 Mort St, Balmain, where he was required to manage the sale with marketing only using Harris Partners' database of potential buyers.
"We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our database marketing strategies and were more than happy to put our database to the test when employed to conduct a sale solely using this form of marketing," David said. "From the moment we received the listing for the property, we simply referred back to the buyer database and matched the property to a dozen potential buyers."
"From here we were able to arrange inspections directly, without the need for costly print advertising. The benefit is two-fold: firstly finding the potential buyers is made simple, and secondly the vendor can rest easy knowing that only thoroughly qualified buyers are viewing their property."
The home sold that week in what was one of the best ever two bedroom sales in Balmain. The sale is an excellent example of how we can sell properties for record prices simply by knowing the market and having access to qualified buyers," David added.
