WHERE TO BUY PROPERTY

WHERE TO BUY PROPERTY
A brilliant service for investors.
We are interested in buying property.
How do we find out where to look for areas that have gone down and are now a great buy?
We own our own property and we want to be sensible with our purchases.
Thanks
RESPONSE from Neil Jenman
In my opinion, anyone considering investing in property these days should check out the research conducted by Terry Ryder.
Terry is one of Australia's leading property writers. His knowledge is gargantuan. He has recently developed a brilliant research service for investors called it 'Hotspotting'.
I have read his current 'Hotspotting Reports' and I believe the information they contain is not just first class, it's absolutely essential for property investors.
Over the past few years, several of my friends and my family (including myself) have used Terry Ryder's research to make property decisions. We have all been delighted.
Everyone I know who has availed themselves of Terry's knowledge has created a more secure financial future for themselves.
The only fault with his new service is one that hurts him. He's charging too little - seriously. From what I have read, if he added a zero to the price of his reports, they'd still be the best investment any property investor could make right now.
You can check Terry Ryder's research service by visiting his web site - www.hotspotting.com.au

THE TWO RESERVE PRICESAt an auction, the property cannot be sold until the bidding reaches the sellers reserve price. Many sellers that sign up for an auction are comforted by the fact that the reserve price will protect them against underselling.
