Desperate to get out of the agreement my father and I started ringing around some real estates in the local area to get some advice about what we could do to get out of the agreement. Chris was very aware of my previous relationship with Real Estate Agents who over promised and under delivered, to be completely honest I had no trust in the field at all. By signing the 8 week agreement at Chris's request, this gave him the ability to prove himself whilst reassuring me what we could do to market the property in its best light.
After 8 weeks I continued to stay on with Harris Partners as Chris Williams service and delivery was impeccable. Chris informed me about all potential purchasers after each inspection on a Monday morning, this was also followed up by a conversation mid week on whether there had been any interest. There was no request too big or too small that Chris could not attend to, if he committed to a call, an update or visit then this was delivered.
Above all I think it's Chris' ability to 'keep it real' that made the experience outstanding. I feel he went above and beyond in expectations but also got to know and understand me as a person.
