LILYFIELD
Le Montage, Lilyfield

Many of the streets provide excellent views of the city skyline and are currently enjoying an influx of owners keen to restore and refurbish.

The light rail system built in the 1990's has greatly improved transport to the area which suffered from the deep rift valley running down the middle of the suburb.

Other transport is provided by RTA buses.

To Chris Williams,

You have totally lived up to everything you have told me and left me extremely satisfied with the sale of my property. You sold the property for $50,000 more than another agent had told me was the maximum that it could sell for and in only two weekends. I am so pleased with the result and I am very happy to say that I would recommend you and Harris Partners to any other potential buyers or sellers in the area.

I have nothing but praise for you and your team.

Thank you.

Thanks for all your hard work and great results on selling our property at Foy St Balmain.

Given we were "first time sellers" we were, I guess, cynical about real estate agents in general before putting our property on the market.

We were extremely impressed with the number of prospective buyers brought through the property right from the get go - and that was consistently the case across the whole time period we had the property on the market - and given the time of year we listed - mid December to January - I think this was really impressive.

The advice you gave us across this time was also valuable in attracting interested buyers. From there to achieve the level of interest in the property, and then a sale result over and above what the property was listed for was fantastic to say the least.

I would be very happy to recommend your services to anyone in the future.

Thanks once again.
