LILYFIELD
Le Montage, Lilyfield

Peter, I just wanted to thank you and your team for the successful sale of my property at 13 Reynolds St Balmain.

Particularly I want to thank you all for the way you carried out the sale. I had asked for low level advertising so as not to interfere with my business.

You did a great job of vetting the possible purchasers to those who were really interested in my quite unusual property. The sale has been completed with all the conditions agreed to up front.

All the best.

I am writing you to express my gratitude for selling my property on View Street, Annandale.

I was very impressed by the professional manner you dealt with the advertising of the property, showing the property and managing the
prospective buyers.

The whole process was done in a way that left me completely stress free and I feel I could not have done better than I did, a rare experience when
selling a house.

Thanks again for your assistance, I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.
